NwTech, Inc has been selling and supporting MailMarshal SMTP (SEG), MailMarshal for Exchange (ECM), and WebMarshal since 1999, no other reseller in North America has sold more MailMarshal or has as much experience with this solution. In terms of professional services, we provide a wide range of services including training new IT Staff, Product Tuning, Updating Service, both phone and onsite installation services, as well as new services such as virtualization deployment of MailMarshal using VMware.

Installation Assistance

NwTech, Inc is the most experienced Trustwave VAR in North America, having supported MailMarshal deployments since 1999. In addition to standard installation assistance over the phone, we also offer both local onsite (San Diego, Orange County, LA, Riverside county) at no cost, but regional (Western US) deployments assistance for a reasonable cost (CALL Ph 800-535-3353).

Remote Consulting

Our Team provides training, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting assistance. Remote assistance can be billed either hourly ($175/hr), monthly, quarterly or annually (for lower rates).

Onsite Consulting

We are available to travel anywhere in North America (including Canada) for onsite professional services. However, we will provide special discounts for onsite visits in San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties.

Managed Solutions

For customers looking to outsource the daily management of MailMarshal SEG, and MailMarshal ECM, we provide low cost agreements for 3, 6 and 12 month periods.

Training

NwTech provides Southern California-based customers in San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties with the choice of one on one training or group training for MailMarshal SEG, and MailMarshal ECM.
