The IronMail S-Class is a hardened gateway appliance designed for small- to medium-sized organizations. Installation is a simple process using the S-Class pre-configuration package, which automatically sets up the S-Class appliance with the optimal settings for combating threats. Appliance Models
IronMail S-Class comes in three models depending on the number of users. The S10 is appropriate for up to 100 users. The S25 is appropriate for up to 250 users and the S100 can manage up to 1000 users.
Service and Support
IronMail units are automatically maintained and updated through Secure Computing.s ThreatResponse, which contain up-to-the-minute data collected from Secure Computing.s global network of sensors deployed globally. These updates include continuous, real-time updates for threat protection, as well as regular optimization updates to ensure maximum effectiveness against all manner of email threats, as well as updated regulation-specific dictionaries. Secure Computing ThreatResponse removes the administrative burden associated with managing messaging security.
Secure Computing's world-class customer support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Secure Computing's provides Level 1, 2 and 3 support, with trained engineers on staff to address any customer support requirements quickly and effectively to ensure speedy resolution times and proper follow up for any customer issues. Hardware replacement service is standard with next business day response (2:00 pm Eastern Time cutoff).
