The IronKey Enterprise Remote Management Service enables you to securely administer drives and enforce policies over the Internet. Optionally, you can deploy IronKey devices using the IronKey Enterprise Server. This highly secure virtual software appliance integrates easily with existing IT infrastructures. Both models provide powerful central management, and allow you to remotely administer IronKey drives and enforce device-specific policies for IronKey drives on and off your network. Configurable policies include password strength, password retry limits and on-board portable applications. IronKey management capabilities also include the ability to define policies to permit and revoke administrative authorization. Remotely Disable or Terminate Lost and Stolen USB Drives A key component of the IronKey remote management is the IronKey Silver Bullet Service, which provides powerful options to prevent access to rogue devices—whether lost, stolen or in the possession of a user who has been terminated or deemed an insider threat.
IronKey central management also allows you to enhance the security of IronKey Enterprise deployments with two-factor authentication and simple secure access protection. You can implement secure authentication using digital certificates or RSA SecurID. By combining secure ID with secure mobile storage you can streamline IT processes and improve user adoption by consolidating devices. |
